Mechanically polished concrete is the ultimate in modern architectural flooring. It is an investment-grade, highly meticulous craftsmanship process consisting of up to 15 distinct steps of mechanical refinement.

A genuine polished concrete floor must never be confused with a standard, short-term grind and seal. Done properly, the concrete slab is carefully ground to reveal your preferred level of stone exposure, honed, deeply densified, and expertly grouted. The surface is then highly refined using diamond pads from an 800-grit satin up to a 3000-grit high-gloss sheen. Ideally suited for properly specified 32MPa concrete mixes.
