• 60 to 100 Grit (Coarse Cut): This is the heavy-duty bracket used for exterior spaces and pool surrounds. It cuts deep enough to expose the decorative stone faces but leaves a microscopic grip on the slab, ensuring certified slip resistance during wet weather.
• 100 to 200 Grit (Medium Cut): This is the sweet spot for high-traffic interior rooms. It removes any rough machine scratch patterns and flattens out leaving it smooth underfoot
• 400 Grit (Fine Satin Cut): This is the absolute limit of the honing stage. It creates a smooth, semi-polished layout with a very low natural matte or satin sheen before any coatings are applied.

Outdoor Areas (Paths, Patios, Pools)

• The Grind: the slab down to a 60 grit finish. This leaves enough texture to keep it safe and non-slip in wet weather.
• The Sealer: We apply an impregnating sealer. It sinks deep into the concrete to stop stains from ruining the look, without forming a slippery plastic film on top.

• The Grind: We grind the concrete to a smoother 100 or 200 grit finish.
• The Patching: We grout the entire floor to fill in tiny air bubbles and pinholes, making the surface flatter and cleaner.
• The Sealing: We finish the floor with 2 coats of primer and 2 topcoats or an impregnating sealer depending on the look required.
